The Foundation has grown in recent years to be a leading community hospital foundation with a strong and engaged board of directors. We are looking for a new team member to help with gift management and donor engagement that helps to deliver the best care possible for our community.
The Gift Processing Team plays a pivotal role in supporting our mission to raise funds for the hospital. We oversee all gift processing operations, including gift entry, tax receipting, record maintenance, and audit preparation. By maintaining accuracy in our practices, we build trust with our donors and stakeholders, ensuring that every contribution is maximized to support our community’s health and well-being.
The Gift Processing Coordinator provides administrative and clerical support, with a particular emphasis on data integrity. The Gift Processing Coordinator ensures accurate records, timely reporting, and compliance with CRA requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, strong focus on accuracy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with members of the Foundation team, our partners and community.
