Responsibilities:

General functions:

  • Contribute to business expansion activities.
  • Assist in achieving the company's objectives regarding gross operating income and net operating profit.
  • Represent the company in broader business expansion efforts.
  • Apply your skills in a team environment across various business opportunities led by other employees.
  • Help optimize the operating budget.

Specific functions:

In particular, you will be responsible for fulfilling the specific functions of your role:

Client relations:

  • Proactively develop and manage client relationships to ensure service delivery expectations are met.
  • Comply with all client contract requirements and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide exceptional service quality to clients.

Service delivery:

  • Manage, with your team and subcontractors, the soft services division across three client sites, including security, fire prevention equipment, cleaning, landscaping, snow removal, waste management, pest control, shredding, and uniform management.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures related to the sites, meeting JLL, client, and legal requirements.
  • Supervise all personnel security operations on sites.
  • Work with site management teams to oversee health and safety management operations.
  • Identify opportunities for health, safety, and environmental improvements.
  • Develop team skills through targeted training (theoretical or practical).
  • Train less experienced colleagues as needed.
  • Know, respect, and apply all health and safety rules to guarantee a safe working environment for oneself, colleagues, clients, and visitors.
  • Always adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including data integrity and proper documentation practices.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Financial management / cost control / profitability:

  • Assist colleagues in achieving or exceeding financial targets, ensuring the operational and economic efficiency of responsibilities.
  • Manage operating expenses within agreed budgets and identify efficiencies where possible.

Who are we looking for?

  • DEC or equivalent experience
  • Between three (3) and five (5) years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical environment is a plus
  • Experience with SAP maintenance module is a plus
  • Skills in planning and organizing work
  • Bilingual (French, English) required
  • Computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, EntraPass, etc.)
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Team spirit, attention to detail, and analytical skills
  • Autonomy, reliability, and interpersonal skills
