Responsibilities:

General Functions:

You will be responsible for various functions related to the position, including but not limited to:

  • Contributing to business expansion activities.
  • Helping achieve the company's objectives in gross operating products and net operating income.
  • Representing the company in general business expansion efforts.
  • Applying your skills in a team environment across different business opportunities led by other employees.
  • Optimizing operational budgets.

Specific Functions:

In particular, you will be responsible for fulfilling functions specific to your role:

Client Relations:

  • Proactively developing and managing client relationships to ensure service delivery expectations are met.
  • Complying with all client contract requirements and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Providing exceptional service quality to clients.

Service Delivery:

  • Managing, with your team and subcontractors, the Soft Services division's service delivery across three client sites, including security, fire prevention equipment, cleaning, landscaping, snow removal, waste management, pest control, shredding, and uniform management.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures related to the sites, meeting JLL, client, and legal requirements.
  • Supervising all personnel security operations on the sites.
  • Collaborating with site management teams to oversee health and safety management.
  • Identifying opportunities for health, safety, and environmental improvements.
  • Developing team skills through targeted training (theoretical or practical).
  • Training less experienced colleagues as needed.
  • Knowing, respecting, and applying all health and safety rules to guarantee a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, clients, and visitors.
  • Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including data integrity and proper documentation practices.
  • Performing any other related tasks.

Financial Management / Cost Control / Profitability:

  • Assisting colleagues in achieving or exceeding financial goals and ensuring the efficient operation of assigned responsibilities.
  • Managing operating expenses within agreed budgets and identifying efficiencies where possible.

What we are looking for:

  • DEC or equivalent experience
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical environment is a plus
  • Experience with SAP maintenance module is a plus
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Bilingualism (French, English) required
  • Proficiency in IT (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, EntraPass, etc.)
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize
  • Team spirit, attention to detail, and analytical skills
  • Autonomy, diligence, and interpersonal skills
