Basée dans l’un des bureaux de mondialisation d’EG, cette personne collaborera étroitement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, notamment les services financiers, juridiques, de conformité et d’approvisionnement, afin de veiller à ce que les stratégies des fournisseurs s’alignent sur les objectifs de l’entreprise et offrent une valeur à long terme.

EG’s Globalization team is at the forefront of enabling scalable, efficient, and culturally relevant experiences for our global customers and partners. As part of this mission, the Vendor Manager plays a critical role in managing strategic vendor partnerships that support our international growth. Based in one of EG’s Globalization hub offices, this role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Procurement to ensure vendor strategies align with business objectives and deliver long-term value.
In this role, you will:
Serve as a subject matter expert in vendor management, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiation.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with performance metrics and contractual obligations.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, improve vendor performance, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate vendor effectiveness and ensure compliance with service agreements, while also analyzing vendor data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Lead supplier selection processes, including RFIs, RFPs, and vendor assessments.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership on vendor performance and opportunities.
Collaborate with Globalization and cross-functional teams to ensure vendor strategies support business goals.
Proactively address and resolve vendor-related issues to minimize operational disruptions.
Promote innovation by exploring new technologies, tools, and processes that add business value.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Experience and qualifications:
You have 5+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or strategic sourcing.
You have a proven track record in contract negotiation, vendor performance management, and cost optimization.
You possess strong strategic thinking with the ability to align vendor activities with long-term business goals.
You bring excellent analytical skills with experience in evaluating vendor performance and market trends.
You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
You possess solid financial and business acumen, including budgeting and vendor payment management.
You are highly adaptable and able to pivot strategies in response to changing business needs.
You are Bilingual in French and English preferred
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
