Your team's dynamic:

We are seeking an experienced Software Test Manager to lead our End-to-End test efforts within the dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Software Test Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high-quality of the SC SaaS product with an End User perspective. Your primary focus will be to manage a talented testing team, develop robust testing strategies, and implement effective testing processes that drive continuous improvement. In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product owner, product management, and project management, to guarantee that projects are delivered on time and meet quality benchmarks. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end software testing lifecycle, from test planning and design through execution and reporting. Your leadership and expertise in software testing methodologies will be vital in defining testing metrics, analyzing results, and making data-driven decisions to enhance software quality. The ideal candidate will possess not only strong technical skills but also excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders, pushing our software projects toward success through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices.

Your day at a glance:

• Lead, mentor and evaluate the software testing team, ensuring development of their potential through coaching and training.
• Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases that align with project objectives.
• Oversee the design, execution and maintenance of test cases and strategies.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure all testing lifecycle deliverables are completed in alignment with established methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with product, development, and operations teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for testing activities and overall software quality.
• Identify, track, and report on defects throughout the testing process, and ensure timely resolution.
• Continuous assess and improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Safeguard the interests of end-users and support teams by actively participating in the development lifecycle (requirements, design and test strategy) and challenging decisions that may negatively impact usability, supportability, or product quality.
• Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, driving software project success through rigorous testing and a strong commitment to quality.

What makes you a great fit:

• Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a Leadership as a Software Test Manager or similar role in the computer software industry.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies; commitment to ongoing development and monitoring of industry best practices.
• Experience Test Management tools such as DevOps, Waterfall and/or Agile-Scrum and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

An asset if you have:

• Experience in SaaS environments or security-focused products.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• ISTQB or similar certification.
