Promark Electronics, a trusted custom electronics manufacturer since 1987, builds wire harnesses, cables, busbars, and electromechanical assemblies for OEMs in sectors like E-mobility, Industrial Tech, Medical Devices, Aerospace, and Defense.

Position: Quality Manager

Reports to: Director of Manufacturing Operations

Start Date: April 2025

Work Week: 35 hours, short Fridays (office closes at 2:15 PM)

ROLE SUMMARY

As Quality Manager, you'll lead and enhance our quality systems to ensure compliance with standards (ISO9001, AS9100, ISO13485, ISO14001, IPC, AIAG) and exceed customer expectations. You’ll collaborate across departments to drive product integrity and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and improve QMS to meet industry and customer standards
• Lead internal/external audits; manage certification (ISO9001, AS9100, etc.)
• Oversee quality control: incoming, in-process, final inspections
• Drive CAPA initiatives and lead root cause analysis
• Promote Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies
• Evaluate and support vendor quality performance

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quality, or Manufacturing (preferred)
• ASQ certifications (CQM, CQE, Six Sigma) or project management certs (PMP, PRINCE2) are assets

Experience

• 5+ years in quality management (manufacturing sector preferred)
• Experience with ISO9001, AS9100, ISO13485
• Strong audit, compliance, and CAPA experience

Skills

• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration
• Skilled in quality tools: FMEA, SPC, RCA, ERP/QMS software
