Job summary

First Onsite est à la recherche d'un gestionnaire de projets expérimenté pour diriger des projets de restauration et reconstruction de A à Z, de l’estimation au dénouement, en veillant à la qualité, la sécurité et la rentabilité. Vous superviserez les estimations, les budgets, les échéanciers, les équipes et les sous-traitants, tout en entretenant les relations avec les clients et les assureurs.

Une expérience avec Xactimate et les certifications IICRC WRT et FSRT seront des atouts.

Qualifications

• 3+ années d'expérience en gestion de projets en restauration ou construction.
• Maîtrise des pratiques de construction, codes du bâtiment et sécurité.
• Expérience avec Xactimate et certification IICRC WRT/FSRT souhaitées.
• Permis de conduire valide et capacité à participer à un horaire de garde rotatif.
• Certification Xactimate niveau 2 est un atout.

Responsibilities

• Gérer les estimations, les budgets et les échéanciers des projets.
• Diriger les équipes et les sous-traitants tout au long du projet.
• Gérer les relations avec les clients, assureurs et experts en sinistres.

Êtes‑vous un gestionnaire de projets expérimenté, reconnu pour votre leadership, votre sens de l'organisation et votre capacité à mener des projets de restauration et de reconstruction de A à Z? Le gestionnaire de projets sera responsable des estimations, budgets, échéanciers, équipes, sous‑contractants et relations avec les clients, assureurs et experts en sinistres, tout en veillant à la qualité, la sécurité et la rentabilité des projets. Vous contribuerez également au développement des membres de l'équipe et à la résolution proactive des enjeux. Qualifications : 3+ ans d'expérience en gestion de projets en restauration ou construction, excellente connaissance des pratiques de construction, codes du bâtiment et normes de sécurité, expérience avec Xactimate, solides aptitudes en communication et organisation, certifications IICRC WRT et FSRT, permis de conduire valide et capacité à participer à un horaire de garde rotatif. Une certification Xactimate niveau 2 est un atout.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT MANAGER

As a Project Manager, you take full ownership of every restoration project, leading from kickoff to completion with precision and purpose. You'll scope losses, prepare detailed estimates, and manage budgets to ensure every project stays profitable and on schedule. You'll keep teams, subcontractors, and resources working in sync, driving progress while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. You'll engage directly with homeowners, adjusters, and insurers to build trust, communicate clearly, and keep expectations aligned. You'll stay ahead of potential issues, solving challenges quickly and keeping work moving without delay. You'll also mentor junior project managers and supervisors, building their skills and ensuring consistency across every job you touch. Each day, your leadership, problem‑solving, and commitment to excellence will deliver outstanding results for clients and your team alike.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager I or equivalent experience in restoration or construction
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of restoration and construction practices, safety regulations, and building codes
• Experience reading plans, developing scopes, and negotiating with clients and adjusters
• Skilled communicator with strong organization and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, mobile applications, and Xactimate (Level 2 certification an asset)
• IICRC certifications: WRT and FSRT
• Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
• Must be able to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
• Ability to complete work activities which may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
