Main Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects and cases.
- Follow company processes.
- Provide telephone support, including:
- Supporting patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies.
- Addressing funding and access issues, compliance programs.
- Adhere to case management protocols: clinical monitoring, data collection, patient follow-up, compliance, adverse event reporting, and liaising with healthcare providers.
- Conduct market research related to pharmaceuticals and biotech with healthcare professionals and patients.
- Document activities in the specific database.
- Participate in ongoing training and courses for products or programs.
- Provide feedback on protocols, databases, and processes.
- Communicate clearly with managers and colleagues regarding case management during absences.
- Assist in training new caseworkers, including shadowing and call monitoring.
- Report adverse events to relevant departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience and Education Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English; daily contact with English-speaking clients or colleagues.
- Associate degree or equivalent in business, accounting, sales, marketing, IT, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills; experience in medical/pharmaceutical fields is a plus.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook.

- Deep industry knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
- Strong business, analytical, and financial skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
