As Supplier Manager Quality Assurance, Your Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Lead a team of specialists that develop and foster relationships with our suppliers.
2. Maintain supplier quality policies/clauses and perform vendor development to achieve and sustain high levels of supply chain performance.
3. Ensure that all supplier non-conformities are thoroughly documented, investigated, and addressed in a timely manner, in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
4. Establish and manage the supplier audit schedule, perform external audits, and train auditors.
5. Manage Supply Chain key metrics (Quality, Delivery, performance indicators) and mitigate risk.
6. Investigate new developments related to materials and supplies, providing recommendations to reduce costs and improve quality while meeting all requirements.

To excel in this role, you should have:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field. An equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable.
2. Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least four (4) years in Supplier Quality Management.
3. Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO9001 Quality Management Systems.
4. Experience in managing people.
5. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
6. Good oral and written communication skills in English and French.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
