Job summary

Betel Home Foundation in Gimli, Manitoba, is seeking an LPN to provide comprehensive nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Director of Resident Care. The LPN will guide Health Care Aides and fellow LPNs when assigned charge duties, practicing within the CLPNM scope of practice and ethical guidelines.

Required are active CLPNM licensure (or eligibility) and current BLS training, plus solid nursing skills, basic computer use, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Active practicing licensure with CLPNM or eligible for licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) training.
• Knowledge of nursing standards and professional ethics.
• Basic computer knowledge and electronic software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents under supervision.
