Job summary

Supplied Talent is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex geotechnical and heavy civil projects in Canada. You will own delivery from estimate to closeout, ensuring safety, profitability, and schedule adherence across deep foundations, shoring, and ground improvement.

The role requires 5–10+ years in construction with a strong background in estimating, cost control, forecasting, and project financials.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years in construction.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, cost control, forecasting, and project financials.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (equivalent industry experience considered).

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through estimating, preconstruction, execution, and closeout.
• Prepare and review estimates, proposals, scopes, and bid packages.
• Develop and control budgets, schedules, forecasts, and project financials.
• Work with superintendents and field teams to drive safe, efficient execution.
• Hold subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to scope, schedule, quality, and cost.
• Anticipate risk and respond to changing site conditions, design issues, and operational constraints.
• Manage change orders, subcontractor costs, and material expenditures.
• Coordinate with engineers and internal teams on design-build projects.
• Review work against contracts, drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal meetings and client-facing project discussions.
• Champion jobsite safety and identify operational efficiencies.
