Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geological, Civil, or Geotechnical Engineering; Master’s or PhD is an asset.
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience in geotechnical design.
- Experience with cold regions and permafrost geotechnical design and construction.
- Knowledge of relevant Canadian and global guidelines and standards.
- Ability to work independently and in teams; strong problem-solving and communication.
Responsibilities
- Support design, analysis, and construction of infrastructure in cold regions.
- Coordinate geotechnical and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Mentor junior staff and collaborate with clients and partners.
- Contribute to business development and market expansion.
- Lead digitization and modeling initiatives related to climate adaptation.
