Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geological, Civil, or Geotechnical Engineering.
• 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in cold regions and permafrost geotechnical design.

Responsibilities

• Support design, analysis, and construction of infrastructure in cold regions.
• Lead or contribute to multidisciplinary project teams.
• Mentor junior staff and support client engagement.
• Contribute to business development and market expansion.
• Drive digitization and numerical modeling initiatives.
