Your Contribution

As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will collaborate with the Geotechnical team. Your responsibilities include:

• Applying and promoting health and safety rules
• Managing geotechnical investigations and analyses for engineering studies
• Working on infrastructure projects including sewer, watermains, pipelines, and more
• Conducting slope stability, tailings dam assessments, hydrogeology studies, etc.
• Instrumentation, construction inspection, and lab testing
• Providing leadership and mentorship within the engineering team
• Preparing technical proposals and reports
• Business development and client liaison

Your Profile

• Degree in Geotechnical or Geological Engineering
• Specialized courses in geotechnical and foundation engineering (Masters preferred)
• 6+ years of geotechnical experience
• Experience in site investigations, foundation design, slope stability, and construction review
• Registration with MTO's RAQs and PEO (assets)
• Fluent in English
• Organized, proactive, and capable of team management
• Committed to occupational health and safety
