We are currently looking for an experienced Geomatics Technician in our Regina office.

Responsibilities
Working under the direct supervision of the Regina Office Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Work closely with our team on setting up jobs, field data processing, job progress tracking as well as survey plan checking and computations.
- Liaise closely with project management to effectively provide clients with excellent service.
- Follow all Midwest health and safety protocols and is committed to ongoing learning in this area.
What You Offer
Preference will be given to candidates who hold a degree or diploma in Geomatics and/or Survey Technology from a recognized technical school. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Advanced comprehension of survey methodologies, land surveying acts and regulations as they apply to the practice of Land Surveying.
- Working knowledge of how GPS and total stations are used in the collection of survey data.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is an asset.
- Understanding of Information Services Corporation’s online database and map viewer.
- Proficient with all Microsoft applications is required, specifically Excel and Word.
