Caltech Surveys Ltd. in Saskatchewan is seeking a Project Manager to lead surveying projects across our Saskatchewan Operations. You will coordinate field crews, CAD technicians, and QA specialists to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Geomatics, Surveying, or Engineering.
• Experience managing surveying or geomatics projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and financial management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of Alberta survey regulations is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead surveying projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals are met.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resources, and work priorities for execution.
• Coordinate field crews, CAD Technicians, and QA Specialists with Directors.
• Maintain regular client communication and build strong relationships.
• Monitor budgets, profitability, invoicing, and financial performance.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure work complies with company standards, client requirements, and regs.
• Conduct field visits to support oversight, quality, and safety.
• Support proposals, estimates, bids, and business development.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in PM practices and service delivery.
