iA Financial Group is seeking a Talent & Leadership Development Advisor to advance organizational learning and leadership initiatives in a hybrid Quebec environment. You will shape programs evolving with AI-enabled skills development and a learning culture across multiple internal teams.

Role emphasizes collaboration, measurement of impact, and communication of progress while integrating industry best practices to support strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• University degree in human resources management, organizational psychology, career counselling, educational technology or related field.
• Minimum five years designing and implementing programs in organizational development, talent development or leadership development.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data.
• Proficiency with AI tools to enhance learning solutions and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent development needs and propose solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement talent and leadership development programs.
• Integrate AI-enabled trends and opportunities into initiatives.
• Define measures to assess program impact and adjust approaches.
• Ensure initiatives align with strategic priorities and learning culture.
• Produce documentation and status reports; communicate progress and results.
• Represent Learning and Development Centre of Excellence in forums.
