Cabot Cape Breton is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Talent & Culture Generalist to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position; the role serves as a key partner to departmental leaders and operatives and supports Cabot’s Talent & Culture programs and processes across the organization, including payroll administration, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and Talent & Culture program delivery.
The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources, as well as a strong expertise and experience in HR operations, payroll processes, talent acquisition, employee experience, and organizational programs. They will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of the Talent & Culture team as well as seasonal and year-round workforce needs.
This position requires a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates sound judgment and discretion, and is passionate about creating outstanding experiences for our team.
