Job Title: HR Generalist
The HR Generalist manages the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs for their assigned facility. Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
- Partner with the Compensation team to conduct wage surveys and analyze wage data for competitive compensation planning.
- Recruit, interview, test, and select candidates for vacant positions.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires and leaders.
- Organize training and cross-training activities within the facility.
- Assist in hosting events to boost morale and reinforce company culture.
- Ensure leadership is trained and updated on performance management activities.
- Investigate and advise management on associate relations issues.
- Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Prepare separation notices, conduct exit interviews, and analyze reasons for turnover.
- Develop reports and procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
- Represent the organization at personnel hearings and investigations.
- Process temporary labor requests.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR specialist, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related business field preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with ADP platforms, including E-Time, Enterprise, ADPRM, is helpful.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule within a 24/7 operation.
