Job Description

1. Responsible for operating all Mason operations in the facility.
2. Perform tasks assigned by the manager related to the department and position. Work on a shift basis and start the shift on time.
3. Must always look clean and proper and wear a uniform.
4. Keep the work space clean and ensure it is cleaned after work is complete.
5. Participate in tasks that require full participation of the Technical Service Department.
6. Work according to policies, procedures, and instructions identified by the Technical Manager.
7. Participate in Emergency Response Teams.

1. Take all necessary measures for occupational and worker health and comply with all safety measures.
2. Predict that all activities and purchased equipment may impact the environment; participate in activities organized to protect biological diversity; share responsibilities to increase environmental awareness; and undergo necessary training. Minimize consumption of materials and equipment (e.g., paper, printed materials).
3. Implement warnings and departmental training to save energy inside the facility. Carry out decisions aimed at energy saving. Consider the environmental impact and energy efficiency of purchased equipment.
4. Implement responsibilities to eliminate and properly collect waste, reduce environmental pollution, and mitigate harmful effects on the environment.
5. Carry out all responsibilities related to quality management and food safety management systems at the facilities.
6. Perform other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.

Qualifications

• Education: At least a technical high school or vocational diploma.
• Experience: At least 2 years of practical experience related to the job.
• Foreign Language: Not required.
• Courses and Training: Not required.
• Computer Literacy: Required.
• Skills: Ability to use specific tools and devices related to the job; certification in the related field (e.g., apprenticeship or semi-skilled certification) is expected if necessary; technical knowledge of relevant methods, techniques, and processes.
