Full time permanent work

Responsibilities

• Assemble components to manufacture, test and pack Battery Coolers.
• Lift 6–9 lbs frequently, and up to 20 lbs occasionally.
• Some bending, twisting or reaching to load braze ovens.
• Finger and hand dexterity to build parts with accuracy.
• Stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
• Maintain excellent attention to detail to meet customer quality requirements.
• Focus on health and safety to keep everyone safe.

Compensation: 19.50 to start (plus shift premium), increase to 20.00 after 12 months, with future increases to a top rate of 22.00.

Shift availability and seniority rules apply after training.

Shifts

• Afternoon Shift: 2:55 pm to 10:55 pm, Monday to Friday
• Night Shift: 10:55 pm to 6:55 am, Sunday to Thursday
• Potential of a 12‑hour non‑rotating continental shift
• Must be able to work Day, Afternoon or Midnight shifts as assignment is not guaranteed

Shift premiums

• Afternoon Shift: $0.35/hour premium; total rate starting at 19.85 per hour
• Night Shift: $0.40/hour premium; total rate starting at 19.90 per hour

Must be available for full‑time hours (no part‑time hours). Overtime up to 8 hours per week. Candidates must be legally authorized to work 40 hours in Canada.
