Job description

Dana Cambridge is a manufacturer of thermal management systems, which are key components used in electric vehicle (EV) batteries and electronics. We are currently seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our team on the night shift.

Position Summary

The Production Associate is responsible for assembling automotive components while meeting quality, safety, and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly and production tasks according to work instructions and quality requirements.
  • Maintain productivity while ensuring all quality standards are met.
  • Follow all plant, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Complete repetitive assembly work using hands, fingers, and wrists.
  • Inspect products and identify quality concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work any shift depending on seniority and operational requirements.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift, including periods of 1-2 hours in one location.
  • Ability to walk, climb up to six (6) steps, bend, reach, twist, and turn at the waist.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs from floor and waist levels.
  • Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 20 lbs.
  • Ability to perform continuous assembly work using hands, fingers, and wrists.
  • Ability to reach up to shoulder height and bend to floor level while carrying up to 15 lbs.
