Reporting to the Manager of the Reproductive Ambulatory Care Team and under the supervision of the Clinical Manager, the General Office Clerk works independently and is responsible for tasks associated with the reservation and registration process. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: scheduling ultrasounds and consultations; coordination of appointments; recording of patient visits; retrieval, labeling and filing of patient records; respond to telephone inquiries; Entering orders for laboratory samples; and other administrative tasks as needed.
Monday to Friday; 7.0 hours per shift
