We are seeking an experienced and visionary healthcare leader to join our Interprofessional Practice, Policy & Learning (IPPL) team as Manager, Interprofessional Clinical Services.
Reporting to the Director of Interprofessional Practice, the Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for interprofessional practice, clinical policy, and after-hours interprofessional services across the organization. This role plays a key leadership function in advancing evidence-informed practice, collaborative models of care, professional standards, and quality patient outcomes.
The Manager, Interprofessional Clinical Services provides leadership for interprofessional practice, professional standards, education, research, and clinical policy development across IWK Health.
The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of interprofessional practice strategies with a focus on models of care and oversee organizational clinical policies and documentation standards to ensure alignment with evidence-based practice, accreditation requirements, legislative obligations, and professional standards.
This role has direct operational responsibility for after-hours service delivery and coordination. The Manager will foster strong partnerships across the organization and externally with academic institutions, professional associations, system partners, and community partners.

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required. On call with the Clinical Manager Council will be required.
