Qualifications

• Significant experience developing and strengthening managers across multiple business functions.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, distribution, or complex B2B environments.
• Practical experience with process mapping and cross-functional problem-solving.
• Experience using budgets, forecasts, operating metrics, and business cases to support decisions.
• Strong customer-service orientation and understanding of lead times and commitments.
• Self-sufficient problem-solving approach with data-driven decisions.
• Curiosity, humility and sound judgment in technically-detailed businesses.
• Experience with Canada-U.S. or cross-border operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across manufacturing, sales and development, marketing, customer service, finance and supporting functions.
• Develop and coach managers to become capable, accountable leaders.
