Compass Group Canada is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will lead a dedicated team and manage client relations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires post-secondary education with 5+ years of foodservice management, strong financial skills, and a proven track record in high-volume, multi-concept operations. Experience with health & safety regulations is essential.

• Post-secondary education with at least 5 years of foodservice or related management experience in a high-volume retail food service environment.
• Experience managing a large team of associates and managers.
• AFST certification plus Level 1 and 2 Health and Safety Certification training (or willing to complete within 90 days).
• Proven financial management skills, including control of product and labour costs and data analysis.
• Experience working in high-volume operations with multiple food concepts.
• Proven GM or similar role in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent client relationship and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• POS System knowledge is an asset.
