Boyd Autobody & Glass is hiring a General Manager to lead a busy collision repair facility and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will coach team members, oversee daily operations, and ensure safety and quality standards across the shop.

The role requires strategic budgeting, staff development, and close collaboration with leadership to exceed KPIs. A strong leadership presence and procurement oversight are essential for success in this dynamic, service‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to engage with all levels of employees and coach effectively.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Oversee hiring, training, corrective action and termination.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Set performance targets and deliver formal and informal reviews.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable related to the Collision Center.
• Provide training for all staff as necessary.
