You’ll oversee hiring and training, manage budgets and KPI targets, and partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement. A post‑secondary education and at least 3 years in a leadership role in collision repair are preferred.

The General Manager’s primary responsibility is providing an exceptional customer experience while leading and maintaining the day-to-day operation of the store in compliance with policies and procedures. The General Manager is responsible to coach each team member’s performance and success in their individual roles. The General Manager will promote and maintain the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving all customers. General Managers are committed to leading by example at all times, while working with team members in achieving the repair facilities KPIs.

Compensation:
$80,000 per year
Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
