Assured Automotive in Halifax, Canada, is seeking a proven leader to oversee the collision center's operations. You will manage staff, drive safety, and ensure WOW plan execution to deliver top service and results.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Proficiency in English; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Oversee hiring, training, corrective action and termination.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Set performance targets and deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
• Provide training for all staff as necessary.
• Ensure all staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dress code.
• Open and close the facility daily as per established procedures.
• Conduct or coordinate daily production meetings/walks to oversee work in progress and delivery dates.
• Manage all estimates and store capacity.
• Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings. Attend monthly managers meetings.
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by our Leadership Team.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Monitor all maintenance required for all shop equipment, including the paint booth.
• Maintain the The Boyd Group KPI's (Sales/ GP/ EBITA /BHPD/ NPS/ WOW Scores )

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job

• Ability to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office

• Ability to motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills

Compensation Details

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
