Assured Automotive in Halifax, NS, is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach team members, manage budgets, implement safety standards, and drive KPIs to ensure top-tier collision repair performance.

With 3+ years in a leadership role within a collision repair setting, you will oversee hiring, training, and performance reviews while maintaining strong relationships with customers and staff.

• Attend monthly managers meetings and staff health & safety sessions.
• Ensure staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dress code.
