The Role: General Manager

As our General Manager, you’ll lead daily operations with precision, passion, and personality. Your mission: inspire the team, delight guests, and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead front- and back-of-house teams to deliver outstanding service and product
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and performance management
• Collaborate with the kitchen on menu consistency and service standards
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial targets
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Be the face of Emilia at Waterworks and a mentor for your team

What You Bring:

• 3–5+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management (QSR or full-service)
• Proven leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset
• Strong operational know-how: inventory, scheduling, and cost control
• Passion for food, hospitality, and customer experience
• Cool under pressure, proactive in problem-solving
• Bonus: experience with premium casual or food hall settings
