Job summary

Bookman Consulting's client in Ontario seeks a Regional General Manager to oversee operations across multiple distribution centers in the Mississauga area. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership across warehouse, fleet and sales functions.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in French and English with experience in Wholesale, Retail or 3PL, able to travel up to 30%, and familiar with P&L/budget management in a growing, family-oriented culture.

Job description

Our clientis a growing Distribution Company within consumer goods who’s looking to hire a talented Regional General Manager. This is an ON-SITE role that can be located the general Mississauga area. This is a fun, stable, and healthy company that has a family/team-centered culture.

• Must have strong experience in either Wholesale, Retail or 3PL operations
• Must be bilingual in French/English
• This is an on site role
• Will be managing a region of a few distribution centers, each with it's own head of ops who oversees all aspects of operations from warehouse, to fleet, to sales, and so on
• Experience managing multiple sites is preferable
• Exposure to P&L/budget management is highly desirable
• Must be comfortable traveling up to 30% of the time
• Salary likely $150k-$170k CAD + 30% bonus, car allowance, benefits, PTO
