Job summary

Bookman Consulting seeks a Regional General Manager for an on-site role in the Laval area. You will oversee a region with several distribution centers, each led by an ops head responsible for warehouse, fleet and sales.

The role offers stability in a growing, family/team-centered culture with hands-on leadership. Ideal candidates have strong experience in Wholesale, Retail, or 3PL, are bilingual in French and English, and are comfortable traveling up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in either Wholesale, Retail or 3PL operations.
• Must be bilingual in French/English.
• This is an on site role.
• Will be managing a region of a few distribution centers, each with it's own head of ops who oversees all aspects of operations from warehouse, to fleet, to sales, and so on.
• Experience managing multiple sites is preferable.
• Exposure to P&L/budget management is highly desirable.
• Must be comfortable traveling up to 30% of the time.
• Salary likely CAD 150k- CAD 170k + 30% bonus, car allowance, benefits, PTO
