We are seeking a General Manager to guide Expretio into its next phase of success. Supported by the Modaxo model for success, the General Manager builds strong customer and partner relationships by being accountable for understanding, anticipating, and acting on customer and partner need. They would gain a deep knowledge of the competitive environment to help cement the Company’s differentiation with customers. The General Manager is a visionary that craves a detailed view and understanding of operations to drive every aspect of their business . The General Manager will be able to deal and negotiate effectively with government and customer agencies, financial officials, and other executives outside the company while being a champion of Modaxo’s business and financial legal practices and policies.
The success of the General Manager is measured by Net Revenue growth, bookings, BQR and Core ratios, attrition, working capital ratio, IRR for new initiatives, employee attrition, and CX.
