Position Overview

Our Hampton Inn & Suites Ontario is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to serve as General Manager. Lead the property to surpass brand standards and exceed Owner expectations. Help us “ craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns ”! Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective measures.
• Prepare reports on forecasting, labor control, and revenue.
• Develop annual business plans and budgets.
• Understand revenue management deeply.
• Focus on sales daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Lead sales efforts to generate revenue.
• Manage costs to maximize profits.
• Enforce maintenance and asset protection programs.

Qualifications

• At least three years as a General Manager in a similar-sized property.
• Experience with premium-branded hotels, Hilton preferred.
• Renovation experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of local competition and industry trends.
• Strong leadership and professional image.
• Excellent decision-making and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
