The 401 Group is seeking an Automotive General Manager in Niagara Falls, ON to lead sales, service, and financing operations with a high-performance team. You will drive profitability, manage inventory, and ensure excellent customer experience in a fast-paced dealership setting.

You’ll oversee staff, monitor performance, and maintain strict health, safety, and regulatory standards while mentoring staff for growth and success.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the industry.
• Sales experience required.
• Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
• Must be organized and responsible, with safety compliance.
• Positive teamwork attitude and leadership skills.
• Proficient in computer use and managerial tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Follow the daily checklist for the department.
• Oversee and manage all staff within the location.

We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven Automotive General Manager to take the wheel and lead our dealership to the next level of success. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll oversee all aspects of the dealership—from sales and service to finance and fixed operations—while building a motivated team and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Location: Niagara Falls, ON

Hours: Varies - Monday to Saturday

Earning potential is based on your ability to sell effectively and run a profitable dealership. We provide you the tools and training required to excel in this position.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Follow the daily checklist for the department
• Oversee and manage all staff within the location
• Track and report sales performance, oversee fixed operations, and property management
• Ability to manage several customer needs at any given time
• Manage inventory levels based on seasonally demanding product lines
• Manage growth and profitability of the business
• Build relationships with customers
• Provide training for all forward positions
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and all other workplace regulations and policies
• Ability to manage and meet all government inspections within a permitted time period
• Other duties as required

What You Bring to the Table:

Applicants must have a desire and passion for the automotive industry with a strong management background!

• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry
