We are currently seeking a General Manager to join us at The Italian Osteria & Cheesebar in Langley!

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Providing leadership and development for the team
• Recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires
• Maintaining a positive working relationship with all JRG employees
• Promoting and upholding JRG culture and service standards
• Managing day to day operations of the restaurant and ensuring financial, payroll and other administrative duties are completed
• Controlling operational costs and identifying areas of improvement to improve profitability

Working Conditions:

• Hours and shifts may vary
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements
Serving It Right Certification
2+ years' experience in hospitality management including overseeing a dining operation, building relationships with guests, and balancing seating capacity
