Job summary

De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited in Calgary, AB is seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our operations. The role involves assisting with various tasks across the facility, supporting production, and ensuring safe and efficient workflow in a team environment.

Ideal candidates will be able to transport materials, operate basic shop equipment, and follow safety protocols. Prior aviation exposure is an asset, and forklift experience is a plus (training provided).

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an aviation operation is an asset.
  • Ability to safely set up and operate shop equipment.
  • Forklift operation ability preferred (training available).
  • Ability to work safely with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Assist all departments with special projects.
  • Transport materials, parts and equipment around the facility.
  • Janitorial duties and shop clean-up as required.
  • Assist production and the ground support equipment teams as required.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborer to join our team in Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks within our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient completion within the facility. Duties & Responsibilities
  • With the guidance of leadership, assist all departments with special projects.
  • Transport materials, parts, and equipment throughout the facilities.
  • Janitorial work and shop clean up as required.
  • Assist production and the ground support equipment department as required.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience working in an aviation operation is an asset.
  • Able to safely set up and operate shop equipment.
  • Ability to operate a forklift is preferred (will train)
  • Ability to work safely with limited supervision.
