You'll Do:

• Work in various areas including sorting, stacking, and piling lathe.
• Handle and lift materials.
• Operate production equipment as assigned.
• Assist other processing workers.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of plywood equipment, ensuring proper functioning, and report malfunctions promptly.
• Perform other general Labourer responsibilities.
• Complete repetitive tasks.
• Strictly adhere to safety standards and safe work practices, such as lockouts and pre-task hazard assessments.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Work safely using proper PPE.

You Have:

• The ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Availability to perform all shifts as needed – day, afternoon, graveyard, weekend.
• Good physical condition.
• The ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• The ability to work as a positive team member.
• A strong commitment to safety guidelines and protocols, including PPE usage.
• Reliability and an excellent work ethic.
• A desire to learn, grow, and succeed.
• No experience required.

Compensation Package:

• Hourly pay ranges from $32.06 to $40.96 for labor skills.
