Job description

Job Title: General Labourer

Location: Abbotsford, BC

Status: Full-Time

Schedule

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (8 hours per day)
• Note: Shift patterns and total hours are subject to change upon completion of the probationary period

Key Responsibilities

• Facility maintenance and general cleanup of shop and office exterior
• Yard upkeep: regular litter pick-up and debris removal to ensure site safety
• Surface care: power washing equipment, bins and walkways; basic painting and touch-up work as needed
• Landscaping: basic yard maintenance to keep the perimeter tidy
• Adapt to new operational duties as assigned by supervisor over time

Requirements

• Physical labor ability in various weather conditions (rain or shine)
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Reliability: consistent attendance required for the Tuesday–Thursday block
• Previous experience in power washing or general maintenance is an asset but not required
• Comfortable with potential schedule shifts after initial training/probationary phase
