Job summary

ABL Employment is seeking general labourers to join our Brantford team for a day shift (Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm). You will be setting up a warehouse and preparing labeling layouts to support inbound and outbound workflow.

Key duties include affixing labels to designated locations, reading floor plans and diagrams, mapping zones and pathways, and applying floor markings. Some revision work may be required to adjust markings and positions as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel to Brantford Monday to Friday.
• Comfortable with walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
• Able to read and interpret layouts and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Affix labels to designated locations according to plans.

• Map warehouse zones, aisles, and storage locations.
• Apply floor markings (tape, paint, decals, etc.) in a straight, durable manner.

Job description

We are looking for general labourers to work in Brantford on a convenient day shift (Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm). You will be setting up a warehouse!

Duties

• Accurately affix labels to designated locations throughout the warehouse according to provided plans and instructions
• Interpret floor plan layouts, diagrams, and written directions to ensure correct placement of labels and markers
• Measure and mark floor areas to map out warehouse zones, aisles, storage locations, and pathways
• Apply floor markings (tape, paint, decals, etc.) in a straight, consistent, and durable manner
• Adjust and reposition labels/markings as needed based on revisions or feedback

Pay

• $18/hour
• Weekly pay every Friday

Requirements

• Must be able to travel to Brantford Monday to Friday, transport is not provided
• Must be comfortable with movement such as walking, bending, kneeling, reaching
• Must be able to read and interpret layouts and diagrams
