Job summary

Cannon Automotive Solutions, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, is hiring a General Labourer in Windsor, Ontario. You will work on the production line, reworking, packing, and sorting parts, while supporting press setup, quality checks, and maintenance teams.

The role requires ability to lift 23 kg, stand for long periods, and work a 3-shift schedule with OT. Competitive compensation and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Ability to meet quota and standards by performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
• Able to work 3-shift model: Midnight, Days, Afternoons, and required OT
• Mechanically inclined (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Production line work such as reworking, packing, and sorting parts
• Support press operators with setup procedures
• Support maintenance, tooling, quality, and logistics departments
• Perform quality checks and ensure product meets specifications
• Utilize welding and grinding hand tools
• Maintain and improve housekeeping within the work area
• Other duties assigned by management

Cannon Automotive Solutions , a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for a General Labourer in our Windsor, Ontario Stamping Facility. The General Labourer is responsible for the final stages of the product manufactured before shipping to customers . The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities:

• Production line work, such as reworking, packing, and sorting parts
• Assist and provide support to press operatorswith set up procedures
• Support the maintenance, tooling, quality, and logistics departments
• Perform quality checks and ensure product meets specifications
• Utilize welding and grinding hand tools
• Maintain & improve housekeeping within work area
• Other duties assigned by the management team

Minimum Qualifications:

The pay range for this role is $19.82/hour to $26.51/hour.
