Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs Windsor, ON is seeking a production associate to work on multiple shifts. You will perform reworking, packing, and sorting parts, and provide setup support to press operators while assisting maintenance, tooling, quality, and logistics teams.

You will conduct quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications, use welding and grinding hand tools, and help maintain a clean, safe work area. Cleveland-Cliffs offers top pay with variable compensation, health insurance, retirement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to meet quotas and standards by performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• Three-shift availability: Midnight, Days, Afternoons, with possible OT.

Responsibilities

• Production line work, such as reworking, packing, and sorting parts.

The pay range for this role is $19.82/hour to $26.51/hour.
