Job summary

Thomson Power Systems (a Regal Rexnord company) in Langley, BC is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to join our production and logistics team. You will handle shipping, receiving, order picking and inventory control in a modern manufacturing environment.

The role offers a hands-on, physically active work setting with up to 30 lb lifting, plus opportunities to work with ERP systems, forklift assets, and 5S continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry-level candidates welcome (warehouse/shipping experience preferred)
• Experience with ERP systems is an asset
• Forklift certification or experience is an asset
• WHMIS or dangerous goods handling training is an asset
• Ability to frequently lift up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities

• Shipping / Wrapping: Wrap and package finished equipment based on specifications
• Build shipping crates/boxes to ensure safe transportation
• Load and unload finished goods and materials
• Verify labels and work order numbers for accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
• Support Receiving and Maintenance teams as needed
• Order Picking: Pick and deliver materials to the production line
• Organize stockroom and replenish inventory as required
• Maintain accurate inventory using ERP systems
• Ensure proper storage and location tracking of materials
• Assist with unloading trucks and storing received goods
• Receiving: Unload trucks and receive materials into ERP system
• Store materials in assigned warehouse locations
• Return Material Authorizations (RMA) and interbranch transfers
• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks
• Transfer internal work orders to production
• Coordinate with Purchasing on defective inventory (Hold Tags)
• Maintain warehouse organization and accuracy

Main Responsibilities:
