Job summary

Gentek Building Products - Canada is hiring full-time General Laborers/Packers to support our extrusion and packaging operations on rotating day, afternoon, and night shifts. You will operate in a high-speed manufacturing setting, ensuring efficiency and quality while adhering to safety standards.

We offer a starting wage of CAD 26.44 per hour, with CAD 26.94 per hour after probation, plus comprehensive health and dental benefits, a pension plan with employer contributions, and yearly allowances

We are currently hiring Full Time General Laborers/Packers to join our team!

What We Have To Offer

• $26.44 per hour to start! $26.94 per hour after probation.


• Full time - 40hrs a week


• Additional hourly shift premiums ($0.75/hr afternoon & $1.00/hr night shift)

• This is a mandatory rotational position, days, afternoons and night shifts rotate on a weekly basis

Work Condition/Schedule

• MUST be able and willing to work weekly rotating shifts : Days (8am - 4pm), Afternoons (4pm - 12am), and Nights (12am - 8am).


• Physical demanding, requires repetitive movements, standing and walking for prolonged periods of time, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting and lifting up to 50lbs regularly


• Very fast-paced environment


• Personal Protective Equipment must be worn as assigned by the Company including but not limited to safety glasses, steel-toed safety shoes, and hearing protection
