Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a General Laborer to join our Calgary production team. You will work in various production areas, using hand and power tools to support manufacturing operations.

The role runs on the afternoon shift (3:00pm–11:30pm), Monday through Friday. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, multitask in a fast-paced setting, and be punctual. Overtime may be required; respirator use and safety compliance are mandatory.

• Experience in a production/manufacturing setting preferred.

• Open to overtime on weekdays and/or weekends.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools in production areas.

Position Description

As a General Laborer, you will be accountable for working in different production areas, using various hand and power tools.

Afternoon shift 3:00pm – 11:30pm, Monday -Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to use hand tools, power tools (e.g., Drills, read tape measures).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Open to overtime on weekdays and/or weekends, when required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Safety Requirement – Respirator Use:
• This position may involve tasks requiring the use of a respirator. In accordance with occupational health and safety standards, all employees must be clean-shaven where the respirator seals to the face to ensure proper fit and protection. Compliance with this requirement is mandatory for employment in this role.
