Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accountable for GTAW welding of light gauge steel, aluminum, and/or stainless steel.

• Operate within an afternoon shift schedule (3:00PM-11:30PM).
• Be open to overtime on weekdays or weekends as required.
• Assist with lifting and handling tasks (up to 50 pounds).
• Support a safe, efficient production environment.

Position Description

As a Journeyman/Apprentice Welder, you will be accountable for GTAW welding of light gauge steel, aluminum, and/or stainless steel. Afternoon Shift: 3:00PM-11:30PM - Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 2nd year welding apprentice.
• Proven experience with welding using GTAW, FCAW and GMAW
• Ability to accurately read drawings.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance on welding equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Open to overtime on weekdays and/or weekends, when required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience using shears and press brakes will be considered an asset.
