Job summary

Fuze HR Solutions is hiring 6 Order Processors for our client in Vaughan, Ontario. The roles require warehouse experience and the ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in cooler environments when needed.

Primary site is Vaughan, with a secondary Brampton location; flexible to work across facilities based on operations. Pay rate is $17.95/hour, Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM. This is temporary with potential Temp-to-Permanent conversion.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/order processing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills and RF scanner experience is a plus.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work at Vaughan and Brampton locations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, process, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify product quantities, lot numbers, labels, and order details.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to process orders.
• Assist with inventory replenishment, stock movement, and cycle counts.
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and within productivity targets.
• Follow GMP, warehouse procedures, and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with cooler and freezer order processing when required.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Job Overview

Fuze HR Solutions is currently hiring 6 Order Processors for our client, a leading distribution and logistics company located in Vaughan, Ontario.

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals with warehouse experience who can work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Important: This position is part of a Flex Pool Program. The primary work location is 121 Stone Ridge Road, Vaughan, ON. However, candidates must be flexible and willing to work at the secondary facility at 200 Edgeware Road, Brampton, ON, based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, process, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify product quantities, lot numbers, labels, and order details.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to process orders.
• Assist with inventory replenishment, stock movement, and cycle counts.

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), warehouse procedures, and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with cooler and freezer order processing when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or order processing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills and experience using RF scanners are an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work in cooler or freezer environments when required.
• Must have CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes.
• Must be flexible to work at both Vaughan and Brampton locations as needed.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment screening, including an interview, grammar and math assessments, and a background check.
