Compass-Group in London, Ontario is seeking a General Helper to assist with meal preparation, presentation and service, ensuring quality and consistent presentation.

The role requires availability 2:00 PM–10:30 PM and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a healthcare setting. Prior food service experience is a plus; English communication and teamwork are essential.

• Must be available to work 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, including weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Inventory and cash handling knowledge is considered an asset
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and in team setting as required
• Good command of English language, both verbal and written and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Previous food service experience in healthcare, hotel, restaurant, or fast food is considered an asset.

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests and taking orders in a timely manner..
• Conduct work in accordance with safety standards.
• Store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties; remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Assure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Food preparation and preparing beverages as needed.

Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
