A leading virtual care provider in Canada is seeking a General Counsel to join their leadership team. This pivotal role involves providing legal insights on strategic initiatives, overseeing compliance with healthcare regulations, and leading the legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate governance and an ability to inspire a dedicated legal department. Bilingualism is essential, as well as expertise in privacy and commercial contracts.
Your role as General Counsel
Reporting jointly to the VP & Associate General Counsel, Retail Advice & Solutions, Investment Solutions, and Sun Life Health at Sun Life, as well as the CFO at Dialogue, you will play an integral role in advancing the company’s top priorities. These include supporting Go-to-Market strategies, Talent & Culture, Privacy, Regulatory matters, and Governance.
This position is part of Dialogue’s leadership team and will work closely with legal, compliance, privacy, risk, and other enabling functions at Sun Life.
